Trekking & Meditation, Ashramic Life, Solar Initiation in Acuarius
with Guruji Siegfried
At the feet of the mythical Iztaccíhuatl Mountain lies Iztac YogaArt Ashram, a sanctuary where nature, silence and conscious living come together.
For seven days, you are invited to step away from the pace of modern life and immerse yourself in an experience designed to restore your connection with yourself, with nature, and with the deeper rhythms of existence.
Guided by Guruji Siegfried, founder of Iztac and Master of Real and Solar Initiation, this retreat combines meditation, sacred practices, mountain trekking, sound, movement and community life within a living Ashram dedicated to the awakening of consciousness.
Circumstances that allow for it
Slowing down feeling
From the moment you arrive, the prevailing invitation is to adopt a leisurely pace and carry out each activity calmly; haste is left outside this environment, and the fact that participants, organizers, and facilitators are all on the same wavelength makes it easy for everyone to fall into that same rhythm.
Nourishment that cares
Each of our meals is carefully designed so you can enjoy a variety of healthy dishes featuring the homemade touch of Mexican cuisine—flavors that are sure to surprise you. A special note of gratitude goes to our cooks; they are among our greatest treasures and are people you simply must meet.
Activities that bring life
There is a core program designed to ensure consistency in the purpose of our events; however, adjustments that benefit the participants may arise depending on the group's characteristics and the needs of the moment. The program is designed to avoid being overwhelming; nevertheless, if you need some personal space, you can take a break, skip an activity, and rejoin whenever you are ready.
Spaces for deep rest
Our spaces have been thoughtfully created based on the principles of simple living—spaces that hold and support us. Built using natural materials and sustainable construction techniques, they foster a deeper connection with the earth, helping to bring greater balance to our lives.Presence

Nestled within more than one hundred acres of forests, meadows, hills and ravines, Iztac offers an environment where nature becomes both teacher and companion.
The majestic Iztaccíhuatl, known as The Sleeping Woman, has long been regarded as one of Mexico's most meaningful sacred mountains. Throughout the retreat, its presence becomes a constant invitation to cultivate silence, clarity and inner perception.
Rather than simply visiting nature, participants experience what it means to live in harmony with it through the rhythms of Ashram life.
A Living Experience in Nature
This retreat has been created for those who wish to deepen their inner path while experiencing the transformative power of nature and conscious community.
Together we will:
Develop a profound connection with forests, mountains and the living intelligence of nature.
Practice meditation in both natural landscapes and sacred Ashram spaces.
Explore the awakening of higher perception through sound, silence and musical consciousness.
Gain insight into the current transition toward the Aquarian Age and its implications for human evolution.
Experience renewed vitality, inner balance and expanded awareness.
Purpose of the Retreat
Throughout the week, participants will enjoy a carefully curated program including:
Conscious trekking through forests and mountain landscapes.
Meditation practices in nature.
SonoSophia sessions to awaken the Wisdom of Sound.
Yoga practices including Hatha, Kundalini, Pranayama, Shat Karmas and YogaArt Sadhana.
Multiple Chi Kung sequences.
Tibetan Concentration Meditation.
The Cosmic Ceremony of Aquarius, a non-religious ritual of Neutral Magic (Theurgy) led by Guruji Siegfried.
Universal Peace Circle Dances facilitated by Deva Baumbach.
Musical Mandala: spontaneous collective creation through music and sound.
Samadhi Experience: traditional Finnish sauna followed by cold immersion.
SatSang with Guruji Siegfried: an open dialogue exploring spiritual questions and timeless wisdom.
Practices & Experiences
Life at Iztac is intentionally simple.
Participants stay in comfortable yet natural accommodations designed to support presence rather than distraction. When necessary, additional lodging is available in nearby rustic cabins located within walking distance of the Ashram.
The retreat includes two nourishing vegetarian meals each day, following the healthy practice of intermittent fasting.
Every aspect of daily life—from shared meals to silent walks—becomes part of the practice.
Ashram Life
Basic fee to assure coverage of food, kitchen personal and lodging for the six days of retreat is $500US (which does not cover maintenance nor administrative salaries nor contribution for the Master).
INVERSE COLLECTION
According to your experience during the special retreat and the value you assign to it, plus your possibility to contribute to the sustainability, expansion and construction of the ashram, the suggested Inverse Collection amount, which you can give at the end of the retreat, is between $250 and $500 US. Or any amount above, if you decide to be part of the fundraising for Alliances for a Better World, for the Ashram and for the teaching projects of the Master.
This also allows for people who really want to participate but don’t have the cash at the moment, can do so without depending on having to pay a certain amount.
Contribution
Founder of Iztac YogaArt Ashram and Master of Real and Solar Initiation, Guruji Siegfried has dedicated decades to exploring the relationship between consciousness, nature, music, meditation and the evolution of humanity. His teachings integrate ancient wisdom with direct experience, inviting each participant to discover their own inner truth rather than adopting fixed beliefs.
